Hi Kath, You have come up with a very good plan. I'm sure it won't come easy, but if you remind yourself every time unwelcome thoughts come into your head that you need to think of something that makes you happy...(.any fantasy will do it). I found that you can't think of two things at once. If you do it constantly, eventually it will come naturally and you will gradually start to feel better about things.
